BRYCE McLAUGHLIN

Bryce began his music career as a young pianist, performing both classical and jazz repertoire alongside professional musicians at venues across California. These early experiences in music provided an insight into the triumphs and challenges of the careers of working musicians and greatly influenced his later endeavors.

Having seen first hand the damaging effects of the challenges working musicians face on an ongoing basis, Bryce committed himself to finding and making widely available the tools to help musicians succeed. He has closely studied the impact of varying business relationships in the industry, the evolution of early copyright, and the business education of university music students.

Bryce is also the founder and CEO of the Key Man Group: Foundation for the Rights of Musicians, a non-profit organization actively working to develop solutions to the challenges musicians and the music industry face.
